Merle Lefkoff (Founder and CEO) spent decades as an international mediator in the Middle East, Northern Ireland, Bosnia, and Central and Eastern Europe. She received a research grant to study Complex Adaptive Systems, also called Complexity Science, and its application to global peace building. She was appointed Guest Scientist and Affiliate at the Center for Non-Linear Studies at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where she explored the natural laws that govern collective human behavior.
